PONY DID MY MAKEUP AT ETUDE HOUSE!

How often will you get so lucky to get a makeover done by one of your favourite make-up artist?

Thanks ETUDE HOUSE for giving Qiu and me this opportunity to meet Pony in real person and letting her touch our face, I can die in peace now. For the whole time, I was staring at her face – well if you were me I bet you’ll do that too. Pony is so perfect in real life and her skin is extremely good! It was so hard to look away from her, even qiu is mesmerised!

The make-up that Pony did for me is Disco Queen, look at my eye make. It’s perfect!

I look so nervous here, you can’t blame me cause I’m totally fan-girling in my heart.

Before the event start, Qiu got to play around with their nail machine which you can actually print your favourite k-pop star on your nails. Everyone current favourite boy now is Song Joong-ki at the moment, I just went to Etude House Global Workshop in Korea and everywhere is filled with his poster. Soju, Beer, Cosmetics, Skincare, Clothing – basically everywhere is his face. And now? You can have his face on your nails too. But don’t go too overboard and print him on all your fingers k? lol

So proud of Yutaki as he was the live cast on that day, he used to be so shy on video but now he’s a natural.

SAMSUNG Galaxy A was featured in the shop that day too, you should totally try them out! Their selfie function is extremely good, your skin, eyes and face shape is adjustable on the camera mode to allows you to have perfect selfie as long as you use this phone. This is my current spare phone at the moment, I’m using it to play Vainglory and take some vain selfie shots. The price was surprisingly affordable! If you’re looking for a new phone, you might want to test this out.

Had so much fun working with both Qiu and Yutaki, for this event we will be doing a makeover for the model. I’m in charge of the makeup, Qiu will be the hairstylist and Yutaki will be handling the outfit.

Going through the details on our Samsung A5 before going up with stage with Qiu

I hate being on stage cause I get so nervous and awkward all the time but luckily this time round I’m working with both of my friends so I feel slightly better… In any case, I apologies for any reason that makes you guys disappointed. I’ll try harder the next time!

I’ve prep the model skin and work on the base makeup before going up the stage to cut down the time. Makeup that I’ve chose for her is also very simple which can be easily achieve by anyone. Thought of going for a thicker make-up like american style, but it doesn’t suit the theme. So in the end, I stick with a brown natural makeup instead.

I’m using Etude House makeup brushes myself, quality is worth it for the price!

Qiu’s working magic on her hair, even myself love getting my hair style by her! She’s very good at it!

Qiu giving hair tips, if you’re not aware. Etude House has various hair products. My personal favourite is their dry shampoo which is perfect for tropical country. Our fringe tends to stick on our face due to the greasiness right? You can use the dry shampoo to spray on your fringe to prevent that, the bottle is very small so it makes it convenient to bring out.
