I cannot believed it when I heard that Number 76 is opening a branch in Singapore, as I wanted to try out their hair service since forever. All the pretty girls in Malaysia that I followed online etc. Cheesie, Jane Chuck, Ash Tonic and more – got their hair done at Number 76. I’ve also seen reviews saying that their hair quality improved even when they kept dyeing their hair! Like seriously???? What sorcery is that???

You should follow their Instagram as they always post before/after pictures of their customers hair, whether it’s treatment or hair dye. They own it! Just in cased you don’t know, they have a outlet and cafe in Tokyo, 4 salon in KL and lastly the newest branch which is in Sunny Singapore!

Rejoice Singaporean, you no longer need to travel to KL for their hair service. Lol!

Decided to dye my hair purple this time because I’ve never done purple before. 

Told my stylist Steve “I don’t want any blue tint in my purple hair, add a little of pink tone will be great!”. Sorry but I’m very anal when it comes to hair colour, cause once the colour is wrong. I’ll never wanna take any pictures till the color fade off. Do you know that their hair colour is actually a colour TREATMENT. Hello there, as mentioned on my snapchat that I was working on this post as I hope to live this post asap before I start procrastinating and lost interest in editing as usual. By the way, I am sad by the fact that  due to some unforeseen reasons I have to postpone the trip and couldn’t spend white Christmas in Niseko but look on the bright side, I still got to experience snowboarding.

Initially our plan was to rent a car from Haneda Airport and drive all the way up to Niigata and take it as an adventure trip but the car rental person told us that it might take us 6 hours (which is not true, it took us 1 hour 30 minutes from Niigata to Tokyo) and seeing how tired my boyfriend was I told him that we should take the Tokyo Monorail and Joetsu Shinkansen instead as I didn’t apply for IDP “International Driving Pass” so I wouldn’t be able to take turn and drive for him.

Just in cased you’re wondering, car rental from the airport is 5000円 a day.

Tokyo Monorail: Haneda Airport → Hamamatsucho = 490円
JR Yamamoto Line: Hamamatsucho → Tokyo = 190円
Joetsu Shinkansen: Tokyo → Niigata = 10,570円

It took us 2 hours 15 minutes to reached Niigata and we were completely worn out from train ride and walking, which is why we rented a car from Toyota at about 6950円 per day. It so worth it!

If you’re intending to take the train, there is luggage delivery at the airport!

Thanks Rikeru for the tip, I didn’t know that Japan airport provide luggage delivery service at a small fee of about 1000円. They will help you delivery your luggage from airport to your hotel, so that you don’t have to carry your luggage to walk around or climbing up/down the stairs. If you intend to take a train back to airport, just go to the nearest convenience store as they have baggage service too. But you’ll have to send in a few days before your departure date!

Driving to GALA Yuzawa from our hotel this was taken before breakfast, being a nocturnal and hungry at the same time obviously make us unhappy. So first thing we do is to stop by a station and grab a bowl of hot ramen and tempura udon before we hit the road!

Number 76 Steve really did an incredible job! Each time I shampoo my hair it changes colour! It has been 2 weeks now and I’ve seen neon purple, hot pink, amethyst or lilac, too many shades of purple. For the usual hair dye it would probably be faded to a nasty colour.

Someone introduced this anime to me on snapchat and gosh, this is awesome af! It was so good that I read the manga after that just because I couldn’t wait for the next episode to be out. If you don’t like spoiler, then it better not to read the manga.

Summary: Struggling manga author Satoru Fujinuma is beset by his fear to express himself. However, he has a supernatural ability of being forced to prevent deaths and catastrophes by being sent back in time before the incident occurred, repeating time until the accident is prevented. One day, he gets involved in an accident that has him framed as a murderer. Desperate to save the victim, he sends himself back in time only to find himself as a grade-schooler one month before fellow classmate Kayo Hinazuki went missing.

Satoru now embarks on a new quest: to save Kayo and solve the mystery behind her disappearance.

Can’t believed that it took me so long to realised that my intentionally dark coloured roots doesn’t goes well with my current hair colour. I went back to Number 76 three weeks after my hair faded to a gorgeous pastel shade here, and if it wasn’t for my roots I wouldn’t be colouring my hair again so soon! As I extremely love the pastel shade, I’ve been trying to get pastel hair colour since ages and tbh they are hard to achieve and maintain. Lighter colour means it will fade off faster and to maintain!

Most people will recommend you to use a dry shampoo and try not to wash your hair everyday as it will strip the colour off your hair, or another option is to get a coloured shampoo so that the colour can last slightly longer. Been there done that and don’t like that!

Do you know after I got my hair done at Number 76, I shampoo my hair at least once a day. Sometimes twice and the colour is still able to last so long! Therefore, if you’re considering to try out some unicorn hair colours, I will highly recommend their colour treatment!

I asked for a less neon purple this time and once again my hair colour is on point!

In some photo they look as if the purple is on the top part and pink below, while some pictures they look completely pink or purple.

Chanced upon this gorgeous beauty guru that does amazing tutorials on youtube as I was searching for mink lashes reviews and I watched one of her video where Carli Bybel was talking about this palette that she designed with BH cosmetics. Last year both Yutaki and me was invited to Hello Kitty 40th anniversary event and it was an eye opening experience for me as they are the first Hello Kitty theme park outside of Japan, and like I mentioned before. I didn’t expect Hello Kitty Town to be so near to Singapore. In the newest attraction, Hello Kitty is staring as the great witch from OZ and she will call upon her heroic friends to bring the land back to normal! I would say that the theme feels mysterious and whimsical at the same time.

Thank you Japan, thank you Sanrio for creating so many kawaii characters. p/s: Don’t judge me for watching Jewelpet, they are too cute to resist. Just to let you know that there’s 7 series in total, if you enjoy mahou shoujo (magical girl) type of anime.

I was too engrossed at the Corn House to the extent that I forgot to snap any photo of it, the game is so cute! You’ll have to wave your hand in the stove to fan the grilling corn. WHO IS THE GENIUS THAT CREATE THIS GAME! I’m so amazed by it.

Second day of the junket we will be visiting three outlet stores and this first one is a concept store that has a LED wall that makes the store look so artistic, Yina suggested to wait for the FANCL bottles to show us so that the shot will be prettier. Hello people! I’m back in Singapore from Taiwan for quite awhile and the weather there was so gloomy, it just kept raining but it still didn’t stop me from raiding all the night markets for foods. I’ve heard a lot about nu.reflections from my friend Rachel and another fellow blogger Yina Goh on how superb Dr. Ivan botox and filler skills is, moreover he’s very well-known for not using numbing cream and yet you wouldn’t feel any pain or discomfort. Tested and proven by me! I just did my lip fillers there and most people said that it’s the most painful and sensitive part of our face. But oh well, guess their doctor isn’t as awesome as mine. Sorry but this is cold hard truth, if you go to a doctor that doesn’t have skill, it’s either you’ll have excessively bleeding, unusual swelling or not balance lips. I’ve been researching on lips fillers for very long and I’ve watch tons of youtube video on it, some doctor even provide dental block (injections of local anesthetic that a dentist uses to anesthetize areas of the mouth) or local anaesthesia for some patient.

To be honest, I kinda freaked out when Dr.Ivan said he wouldn’t be applying any numbing cream for me. As I experienced how it felt without numbing cream few years back at another clinic, where the nurse forgot to apply numbing on my columella’s area, man that wasn’t just a small prick I swear.

When he started cleaning my lip areas with alcohol swab, I kept asking “you sure not pain not?!” and he assured me that it wouldn’t hurt cause that’s what his patient told him, lol. In my mind, I’m like it’s now or never, balls up miyake!

Model of the day is my childhood friend, I’ve seen the drastic change of her before and after. Indeed face is shaper and the fillers that was injected to her cheek does have the lifting effect which create the V-Shape face.
